The awesome and fear inspiring dragon Leviathan is the lord of the wrathful and storming oceans of Chaos and is therefore one of the prime representatives of the dissolving powers of the acausal. Leviathan can be likened unto an Oroboros awakened that has let go of his own tail and, as a result, broken the closed circle and made the ten into eleven. Leviathan has by some been identified as a wrathful aspect of the Tad Ekam dragon-force mentioned in the Rig Veda and personifies the ophitic manifestation of the acosmic darkness of the unformed Chaos.
Leviathan is a powerful part of the essence beyond the limited forms of that which has been manifested within the cosmos and is the antithesis of all order, forms, laws and restricting structures. Leviathan is thus the Dark God of the eternal, paradoxical, becoming and a bringer of the formless and unbound Ur-essence. Leviathan, also called Theli, is the master of the bottomless seas of Wrathful Chaos who through the opening of the eleven dark gates shall overflow and drown the whole sephirotic creation with the crashing waves of the bitter waters of Sitra Ahra. Leviathan is therefore one of the anti-cosmic god forms associated with the re-establishment of the primordial acausality and a bringer of pan-dimensional disorder.
Leviathan, whose feminine aspect or counterpart sometimes is associated with Taninsam Lilith, is also the ruler over the Western Tower of Chaos whose gates according to the hidden lore open during the 'Walpurgis night' of the 30th of April. The anti-cosmic magician turns to the 'Chaosifer Tower' of Leviathan within those chaos-gnostic workings that aim at the opening of the dark portals and the channelling of the disharmonic acausal currents into the causal realm. The emanations of the Chaosifer Tower are also used within many black magical rituals with the intention of creating abrupt and disruptive change, confusing the enemy, causing madness and spreading panic.
The currents of the Chaosifer also play a central role within esoteric workings that have the objective of awakening both the inner and the outer aspects of the pneumatic Dragon Force and thus granting the magician the power to transcend the limitations of the cosmos and become as one with the dynamic and eternally becoming force of Chaos. Leviathan's tower and throne are the focal points and sources of power for many chaos-gnostic workings and a very strong link to the shapeless and non-created dark essence of both the inner and the outer Black Flame.
The rituals that have as their aim to channel the dark torrents of the Chaosifer Tower and the Throne of Leviathan can commence with the following short invocation:

my attention was drawn to this song by Dissection called Black Dragon. Now Anyone who's ever heard of BlackDragon would be reminded of the impact the black dragons had on society. The Black Dragon Society were these right wing ultranationalists that funded many revolutions around Asia including perhaps the most prominent one, Sun Yat Sen's overthrowing of the Qing Dynasty that brought an end to the imperial kingdom that had ruled from the dawn of time. They were aptly named for their ability in creating utter chaos and realising that even in Chaos there can be order.
Jon Nodtvedt pays tribute to the mythical/satanic folklore citing Apep, Jormungand, Tiamat, and Leviathan as being the one black dragon with many different names. A masterpiece in writing, bringing rise to the topic of the concept of God, and his multitude of names. Thus if the same concept is applied to Satanism, the Black Dragon, the breaker of the eleventh seal, is also worthy of many names. The cross culture reference to the one being that is the antagonist in every sacred scripture draws the line of similarities between religions and begs the question of if every religion is just a reinterpretation of another. I shall leave this discussion here as to not incite more hatred.

The concept of Chaos and Order is one that is in constant balance. The YinYang balance of equality accepts his concept as there cannot be order without chaos and vice versa. As the state of order demands the abolishment of chaos, but the state of chaos does not necessarily demand the abolishment of order. This is the concept of guerilla warfare as well as the main reason David possibly defeated the Goliath. In a split second of clarity, the recurrent patterns of chaos is understood and the interpretation of this pattern is paramount to gaining the upper hand in almost every situation that seems to spiral out of control. It is in our nature to naturally panic when things go awry, as it is our nature to constantly reflect on what went wrong, but to the one who strictly understands the tedious balance, it is in chaos that true order rises. Cuba for example, possibly the only non aligned nation to the United States that has survived the Cold War unscathed, revelled in this situation. Fidel Castro, being the visionary that he is, foresaw the need for evoking fear and uneasiness amongst his American foes, without actually doing anything, and thus has outlived every president that opposed him ( or he opposed.Castro had become a candidate for a seat in the Cuban parliament in the 1952 elections when former president, General Fulgencio Batista, ousted President Carlos Prío Socarrás in a coup d'état, cancelled the elections and assumed government as "provisional president". And today Raul Castro succeeds him, which kinda gives you the indication of how one small alteration can have such a profound effect.
